Customer privacy

AMERIGANA uses your verified email or phone number to create and secure your customer record. We store the profile information and service interests you choose to provide in our protected database. Authorized managers can view these records for customer service.

Twilio Verify processes your contact details and verification messages. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Secure account cookies keep you signed in for up to 24 hours. Temporary verification requests are cleaned up after expiry when further requests are processed.

Marketing permission is optional and can be withdrawn in your profile. Signing in does not subscribe you to an automated messaging campaign. Customer profiles remain until you request deletion or we no longer need them for customer service or required records.
